The club’s hopes were dashed following a series of recent defeats, which significantly impacted their standing.
“This outcome is very unfortunate and painful,” Obioma stated in an interview with Completesports. “We held tightly to our dream throughout the season, but unfortunately, we lost our grip at a crucial moment.”
Obioma highlighted the unpredictability of football, noting that the team’s unexpected defeat against Kun Khalifat marked a pivotal setback. “We never anticipated that loss, and it was a major disappointment for us,” he said.
