Plateau United Signs Midfielder Dayo Ojo
Plateau United has officially announced the signing of experienced midfielder Dayo Ojo, according to reports from DAILY POST.
Ojo joins the club on a free transfer following his departure from the Beninoise side ASVO FC. He has signed a one-year contract with Plateau United, known as the Peace Boys.
The seasoned midfielder is expected to play a significant role in the upcoming season under head coach Gbenga Ogunbote. Ogunbote previously attempted to secure Ojo’s services during his time managing Shooting Stars in 2025.
With over 200 appearances in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), Ojo brings valuable experience to the squad. He has played for various clubs, including Remo Stars, Sunshine Stars, and Enyimba.
