Maikaba set to take charge of Flying Eagles

Abdu Maikaba Appointed Head Coach of Flying Eagles
Abdu Maikaba has been appointed as the new head coach of Nigeria’s U-20 national football team, the Flying Eagles, according to reports from DAILY POST. This decision comes as Maikaba steps in to replace Aliyu Zubairu.
Zubairu, who previously led the Flying Eagles to the second round of the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile last year, is now the head coach of Telecom SC, a club in Egypt’s second division.
Maikaba brings a wealth of experience to the role, having served as an assistant coach to Paul Aigbogun with the Flying Eagles. He recently concluded his tenure as head coach of Wikki Tourists, a team in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
His managerial experience also includes stints at Kano Pillars, Rangers, and Akwa United.
