Israel Afeare, known as Israel DMW, the logistics manager for musician Davido, has publicly criticized former Big Brother Naija winner Phyna following her derogatory remarks about him.

The disagreement escalated after Phyna attributed a fallout with her associate VeryDarkMan to her refusal to engage in a sexual relationship with him. In response to the drama, Israel made a statement regarding perceived personal hygiene issues related to Phyna.

During a livestream on Sunday evening, Phyna responded to a comment about her previous relationship with VeryDarkMan. She claimed that Israel is incapable of fathering a child and labeled him as impotent. Speaking in Pidgin English, she stated, “I no dey knack man wey dey knack his fellow men, you won make he give me pile? Israel DMW, that one wey don lose. Fool at 40, wey be fool for ever.”

Phyna continued, “Israel dey go comment say Phyna toto dey smell. At least now, shey as e dey smell, I still sey go. What of you wey be impotent? Israel wey no go fit father pikin. Israel can’t even father still born or imbecile. Israel that’s 52 years old.”

In response to her allegations, Israel took to Instagram to clarify that he has not yet fathered a child because he intends to have all his children with his legally married wife, rather than engaging in relationships with multiple partners. He shared Phyna’s photo with a caption addressing her comments: “You automatically become impotent in Nigeria as a public figure who has chosen to be legally married with one wife and kids from one woman, and not with a baby mama. Wahala. Mumu.”

The exchange highlights ongoing tensions in the Nigerian entertainment industry, with both parties unreserved in their confrontations.
