NPFL: Warri Wolves sign 12 players ahead new season
Warri Wolves FC has bolstered its roster with the addition of 12 new players, according to a report from DAILY POST.
The newly signed athletes include James Akawu, Ubah Cyracus, Blessing Ndubisi, Alex Aguodoh, Auwal Abubakar, and Okon Samuel. Also joining the team are Sani Ahmed, George Ekong, Wisdom Tom, Eventus Towo, Kennedy Anslem, and Ezegbu Divine Justice.
The players were officially introduced during a ceremony at the club’s headquarters in Asaba.
Warri Wolves is expected to announce further signings as the start of the 2026-27 season approaches. The team’s opening match will take place against Bendel Insurance at Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City on Sunday, August 30, 2026.
