EPL: They’re not fit – Alan Shearer slams Man Utd after Hull City defeat
Newcastle United legend Alan Shearer criticized Manchester United following their 2-0 defeat to Hull City in the Premier League on Saturday.
Shearer remarked that the Manchester United players appeared unfit during the match at the MKM Stadium. Goals from Sami Ajayi and Nobel Mendy secured the victory for Hull City against the Red Devils.
Speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live, Shearer noted, “I have not seen Manchester United in pre-season, but I saw them in this game, and they didn’t look fit. They didn’t look ready to play 90 minutes of intense, high-pressure, high-energy football.”
Looking ahead, Manchester United is set to face Ipswich Town at Old Trafford next weekend.
