NPFL: Niger Tornadoes receive Nafiu boost ahead of Nasarawa United clash
Niger Tornadoes have received a significant boost ahead of their Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) match against Nasarawa United on Sunday, with the return of forward Nafiu Obalowu from injury.
Obalowu had sustained an injury during a previous match against Warri Wolves but has now fully recovered and is included in the squad for the upcoming game at Lafia City Stadium.
In contrast, defensive midfielder Akade Hannafi will not participate, as he has not recovered in time from his own injury sustained in the same fixture against Warri Wolves.
Niger Tornadoes will be aiming to improve their performance, as the team has not secured a win in their last four league matches this season. Coach Kabiru Dogo’s side faces a crucial match against Nasarawa United on the road.
