Emmanuel Fernandez Named Rangers’ Player of the Season
Emmanuel Fernandez has been selected as the Player of the Season for Rangers, according to the DAILY POST.
The 24-year-old centre-back garnered the most votes from fans following an impressive debut season at Ibrox. Signed from League One club Peterborough United last summer, Fernandez quickly became a pivotal player for the team.
His performances have demonstrated significant growth, showcasing his defensive skills as well as his ability to contribute offensively during set-piece situations. Over the course of the season, he has scored five goals in 23 league appearances.
Fernandez was also the sole Ranger included in the Scottish Premiership Team of the Season.
